We are honored to announce that WatchGuard was named a Grand Globee Winner at the 2022 Globee Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations Awards! This annual awards program honors industry-wide individuals and teams that create great experiences for their customers. WatchGuard was recognized for its philosophy of technician enablement and continued upgrades to processes and applications to make the team even more effective in assisting customers. Additionally, WatchGuard’s Customer Support Team and two of its customer service leaders also took home medals. Here’s a closer look at WatchGuard’s 2022 accolades:

• Shari McLaren secured Gold in the Customer Service and Success Executive of the Year category for her ongoing commitment to support, enablement and ensuring customer success.
• George Grinnell earned Silver in the Customer Service and Success Leadership of the Year category for improving WatchGuard systems and elevating customer experience.
• The WatchGuard Customer Support Team won Gold in the Customer Service Department of the Year | Cyber Security and Privacy for its customer-first culture and consistently high customer satisfaction.
